Payments for services are accepted through the traditional fee for service model or through the Direct Primary Care model (DPC). DPC is a primary care model where patients/consumers pay monthly or annually directly to the practice for full utilization of the clinic and phone/email access to the provider. It’s growing popularity in the United States is attributed to reduction in health care cost with this model and the increase accessibility and satisfaction of patients/consumers. Members also have access to lower cost prescription medications and laboratory tests.
Standard Membership and Fee Schedule
Standard Membership
The Standard Membership is $300/month or $3200/year. There is a one-time Enrollment Fee of $200 which is paid at the initial point of service for those paying monthly for membership. Enrollment fee is waived if the membership payment is made annually. Your Standard Membership includes access to all of the Services listed above, except for Non-invasive cosmetic procedures.
